Manufacturing Process

Grade C350 Pipe is a lightweight, high-strength piping solution designed for general mechanical and structural applications. Manufactured through advanced cold-forming and high-frequency Electric Resistance Welding (ERW), the process delivers superior dimensional accuracy, enhanced mechanical strength, and a refined surface finish suitable for demanding industrial environments.

C350 pipes are available in black steel, painted, and galvanized finishes, with optional swaged ends available on one or both sides for sizes ranging from 25 NB to 50 NB.

Galvanised Finish

Grade C350 pipe is manufactured and tested to comply with AS 4792 galvanized coating requirements, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance and dependable performance in both indoor and outdoor applications.

Standard Lengths

Available in sizes ranging from DN 20 to DN 150, MHP Grade C350 pipes are supplied in standard 6.5-meter lengths for efficient handling, transportation, and installation across structural and mechanical projects. Customers can select from red oxide, black steel, or hot-dip galvanized finishes depending on application requirements and environmental exposure conditions. Swaged-end options are also available for selected nominal bore sizes to support versatile joining and installation methods. Please note that DN refers to Nominal Diameter and replaces the traditional NB (Nominal Bore) designation.
